  6. 1. Unzip all files into one directory
  7. 2. If you use Windows run "wildrice.hlp" from whatever directory you unzipped in
  8. 3. Wildrice.txt can be read as a text file without the hypertext capabilities
  9.  
  10. When used with windows hot buttons will let you jump from
  11. one subject to another and automayically print the subject that
  12. you want.
